The Three Chis

Hi, Im Sue.  My "kids" are two young Chihuahua's named Katie (Long coated) and Llana (Blk &Tan short coated). Im married to a wonderful man Raleigh who shares in my love of our dogs.. besides each other, our pets are the loves of our lives. We found Llana on the highway on a hot summer day.. she was only 6 months old, very skinny and very afraid. She is now the "bruiser" of the family and is a total love. Katie came along a few months later after I realized Chi's were the breed for me!  We got her as an unsocialized little thing  of 7 mos old from a breeder who kept her pretty isolated, then decided not to use her as a breeding bitch after all... If we didn't find her right at that time she may have ended up in a shelter, as she was so aftraid of everything.  She had to learn about stairs, doors, grass, cars, little kids,.. you name it. But now they are both socialized happy pups who love to go to the monthly Chi meetups in SF.   I also am a horse& pet photographer and run a pet bakery and boutique business called "Puny Paws"... and then in my spare time, I ride my Friesian horse "Hendrik" 5 days a week and compete in Dressage. Busy family to say the least!
